We have strong Coastal Engineering team. Our team involve field visit to investigate the problems, wave & climate data collection, Met-ocean study, bathymetry survey, shoreline protections, mooring system design, breakwater design, developing Spectral wave model, hydrodynamic model, storm surge model, sediment transport model, coastal inundation model including sea-Level-Rise, coastal inundation model due to tsunami, tendering services, construction supervision and QC, etc.
Our team members have been involved to develop the complex hydrodynamic model and wave runup to predict the additional coastal inundation due to the Cascadia Earthquake Magnitude of 9.0 including the climate change for different part of the Vancouver Island to identify the relocation of the infrastructures.
Our senior technical team members visited the site requested by our customer. The client recently noticed that the wave overtopping during the king tide as well as storm. Our team collected the field information and analyzed carefully for this wave overtopping issues. A numerical was also developed to estimate the significant wave height around this property. The technical team recommended to increase the height of the wall to stop wave overtopping and constructed.
